Texas congresswoman speaks on deadly floods

Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz (R-TX) joined LiveNOW's Mike Pache to discuss the flooding in central Texas, now responsible for at least 119 deaths, including several children at a Christian summer camp. They also talked about the shooting at a border patrol facility earlier in the week.
