Kentucky highway shooting 'person of interest'
The Laurel County Sheriff's Office identified a person of interest in the shooting that happened on I-75 in Kentucky. In a Facebook post, LCSO says Joseph A. Couch is considered to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call the London-Laurel County 911 Center by calling 911 or 606-878-7000. Earlier on Saturday, Kentucky authorities reported an "active shooter situation," with "numerous" people shot.
