Russian & Chinese bombers spotted off Alaska coast

Two Chinese strategic bombers and two Russian long-range bombers were spotted flying together in patrol off the coast of Alaska, according to NORAD. Mark Chandler at Coastal Carolina University joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to explain the significance.
