Trump hush money: gag order violated?

Testimony from former National Enquirer publisher, David Pecker, followed a hearing in which prosecutors pushed Judge Juan M. Merchan to hold Donald Trump in contempt. Prosecutors want a $1,000 fine for each of 10 social media posts that they say violated a gag order placed on the former president. The order bars attacks on witnesses, jurors, or others involved in the hush money case. Legal analyst Jeremy Rosenthal joins LiveNOW from FOX.
