Blizzard blasts heartland with heavy snow, strong winds and freezing rain

Blizzard conditions will continue across parts of the Dakotas and Nebraska on Tuesday where Blizzard Warnings remain in effect. An additional 3 inches of snow will be possible through Wednesday, before the winter precipitation finally ends.
