Daniel Penny indicted in NYC chokehold death

Daniel Penny has been indicted by a grand jury for his role in the death of Jordan Neely on a New York City subway train. Penny, a 24-year-old U.S. Marine veteran, said that he felt compelled to act after Neely allegedly verbally threatened other riders.
