CDC's Rochelle Walensky announces resignation

The announcement of Dr. Rochelle Walensky's resignation as the director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention comes on the same day that the World Health Organization announced COVID-19 no longer qualifies as a global emergency. The U.S. public health emergency will expire next week.
