Coast Guard helps intercept overloaded boat carrying 240 migrants

A joint operation involving the U.S. Coast Guard, Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine Operations, and Turks and Caicos Islands authorities intercepted an overcrowded migrant boat in distress south of the islands.
