Mitch McConnell returns to Senate floor

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) returned to the Senate floor Monday for the first time since suffering a fall and being hospitalized in June. The 84-year-old Kentucky Republican said he would cast his first vote in nearly three months.
