NFL star Henry Ruggs goes 156 mph in deadly crash: New details

Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs is now facing DUI charges related to a deadly crash on Monday that took the life of a 23-year-old woman and her dog. At a bail hearing, the judge presiding noted that police said Ruggs was going in excess of 156 mph in the crash, which is the highest speed the investigating officer had ever seen in his career. The Raiders have released Ruggs, whose bond was set at 150,000.
