Minnesota officer charged in fatal police chase that killed innocent driver

Officer Brian Cummings with the Minnesota State Police was pursuing a robbery suspect at speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour on July 6 when he crashed into a different vehicle driven by Leneal Frazier, killing the 40-year-old motorist. Cummings has now been charged with second-degree manslaughter and criminal vehicular homicide in the crash.
