Parkland shooter Nikolas Cruz wants victims' families to decide his fate

Nikolas Cruz, the mass shooter who killed 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, on Valentine's Day 2018 has pleaded guilty to 17 counts of premeditated murder and 17 counts of attempted murder. Speaking to the court, Cruz said he was sorry for the shooting and wanted the victims' families to decide whether he should get the death penalty.
