Texas school shooting suspect blames bullying, family says

The family of Timberview High School shooting suspect Timothy Simpkins said he was being bullied at school before the incident. Police say the shooting started when a fight broke out between Simpkins and another student in a classroom on the second floor. Simpkins allegedly pulled out a gun and fired during the altercation.
