Police chase: Good Samaritan helps Dallas officers catch suspect

Dallas police pursued a suspect believed to be involved in a recent shooting. As police were attempting to neutralize the vehicle, a good Samaritan in a blue truck jumped in to assist, pinning the suspect's vehicle and preventing the suspect from escaping law enforcement.
