Former student opens fire at Houston school: 1 injured, suspect in custody

Houston police say a 25-year-old man entered Yes Prep Public School with a rifle and shot one school employee, who is now in serious condition at a local hospital. Officials say the suspect, who is now in custody, is a former student at the school. No students were injured in the shooting.
