"Help our Heroes": Sen. Schumer calls on Congress to pass health funding for 9/11 first responders

New York Senators Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand urged Congress to pass a 9-11-related measure called the 9-11 Responder And Survivor Health Funding Correction Act. They say it would address a funding shortfall in the World Trade Center Health Program so that people with 9-11-related medical conditions get the medical treatment they need and deserve.
