Ticketed over American flag: Business owner refuses to pay fine
The owner of a Prairie Grove, Illinois, hot dog stand says he was given multiple tickets for displaying American flags outside his restaurant on July 4. Terry Trobiani told Fox 32 Chicago that he was just trying to celebrate independence day and was hit with multiple ordinance violations, which town officials say he received because the flags were too close to the road and could have blown into traffic. Trobiani says he intends to fight the fines in court.
