Olympic athlete national anthem protest: Jen Psaki defends Gwen Berry's demonstration at US trials

White House press secretary Jen Psaki defended Olympic hammer thrower Gwen Berry's protest of the national anthem during the United States trials over the weekend. Berry turned her back to the flag while standing on the podium during the playing of the Star Spangled Banner.
