Impeachment hearings round 2: Kurt Volker says criticism of Biden is ‘not credible’

The House heard from former National Security Council aide Timothy Morrison and Kurt Volker, Trump’s former special envoy to Ukraine for peace negotiations, on their knowledge of events at the center of the impeachment inquiry. Volker said he's known Biden for more than two decades and believes him to be an honorable man.
