New Mexico officer resigns after 'excessive force' on 11-year-old girl who allegedly took too much milk

A New Mexico police officer resigned earlier this month after body camera footage showed him throwing an 11-year-old girl to the ground following an altercation she had with the school principal, reportedly because she took more milk from the cafeteria than she was supposed to.
