Hurricane Dorian, now Category 2 storm, crawls along after parking over Bahamas

Hurricane Dorian, now a Category 2 storm, was still about 100 miles east of West Palm Beach as of Tuesday but had started moving northwest at 2 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center.
