GOP Rep. Ralph Norman on SNAP benefits, shutdown

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) offers food assistance to more than 42 million low-income individuals. This means the ongoing federal shutdown is now threatening food aid for Americans as funding for the nation?s largest nutrition program begins to run out.
