DHS Sec. Kristi Noem relaunches 'VOICE' office

Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem announces the relaunch of the Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement (VOICE) office. VOICE was created by President Donald Trump during his first term and was ended by the Biden administration in 2021.
