Panama City issues spring break warning

The police chief of a spring break hot spot in Florida says metro Atlanta kids are giving them big problems. Panama City police chief saying they were overwhelmed by high schoolers, many of whom are from metro Atlanta, and that their zero tolerance enforcement is in full-effect. Panama City Beach has seen 700 arrests and citations related to spring break so far. FOX 5 Atlanta's, Marc Teichner has the report.
