NYC Mayor Adams gives remarks after case dismissal

New York City Mayor Eric Adams briefly spoke to reporters Wednesday after a federal judge dismissed the criminal corruption case against him without prejudice. The case was dismissed following the Department of Justice's request to drop the charges. During his remarks, Adams called the case "baseless." He had pleaded not guilty to a 2024 indictment accusing him of inappropriately accepting campaign contributions and travel discounts from a Turkish official and others.
