Deadly earthquake hits Thailand's capital

A 7.7 magnitude earthquake hit Thailand and neighboring Myanmar Friday, killing at least three people in Bangkok and burying dozens more, when a high-rise building under construction collapsed. Myanmar has declare a widespread state of emergency.
