Judge rules in favor of man seen with missing student

A judge in the Dominican Republic ruled Tuesday that Joshua Riibe, the man last seen with missing American student Sudiksha Konanki, is being unlawfully detained. Riibe appeared in court alongside his father and lawyers. According to Fox News, another hearing is scheduled for March 28, when he is expected to receive an explanation about the location of his passport, which was previously confiscated by authorities.
