Rubio to lead U.S. delegation for talks with Russia

Secretary of State Marco Rubio is set to lead a delegation of U.S. officials to Saudi Arabia this week for peace talks with Russian officials to seek an end to the war in Ukraine. White House national security advisor Mike Waltz and Middle East special envoy Steve Witkoff are also expected to take part in discussions.
