Marco Rubio put in charge of USAID

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has appointed as the acting administrator of the US Agency for International Development, he confirmed while speaking to reporters in El Salvador. "I am the acting director of USAID," Rubio said. "I've delegated that authority to someone but I stay in touch with him."
