NWS: Winds major concerns as wildfires rage in LA

A new flare-up in Southern California has led to more mandatory evacuation orders as the Palisades Fire moved northeast, according to reports. The National Weather Service saying winds are expected to pick up to speeds of between 30- 65 miles per hour. Todd Hall, Senior Meteorologist at the National Weather Service joins LiveNOW's Josh Breslow to explain the major factors fueling the flames.
