Harris speaks after certification of Trump's win

Vice President Harris shared some brief comments shortly after she oversaw the certification of President-elect Trump's election win. Immediately after the certification process was finished, Harris announced Trump’s victory. Republicans gave the next president a standing ovation. “The chair declares this joint session resolved,” Harris said at the end. “Thank you.”
