Traumatic toll of terrorism on mental health

At least 15 people were killed and dozens injured after a driver plowed a car into a large crowd on Canal and Bourbon Street in New Orleans at approximately 3:15 a.m. CT on New Year's Day. City officials said 35 injured people, including a police officer, have been transported by NOEMS to five local hospitals. The FBI is investigating the incident as an act of terror.
