BREAKING: Man pushed onto NYC subway tracks

NYPD says a suspect has been arrested after a man was pushed onto the subway tracks near Chelsea Tuesday afternoon. The suspect, 23-year-old Kamel Hawkins, has been charged with second-degree attempted murder and second-degree assault.
