Court documents reveal the Wisconsin school shooter was connected to 20-year-old California native Alexander Paffendorf. According to the New York Post, Paffendorf exchanged messages with Natalie 'Samantha' Rupnow about targeting a local government building while she shot up Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin.
