EF1 tornado flips cars, causes damage in CA

A tornado touched down in Northern California on Saturday, December 14. The National Weather Service said based on videos, photos, firsthand accounts, and radar signatures, a tornado touched down around 1:40 p.m. They ranked the tornado as an EF1. Scotts Valley police reported six cars were flipped over and five people were injured by the tornado. LiveNOW's Andrew Craft spoke about the rare tornado with NWS Bay Area meteorologist Dalton Behringer.
