Snowball Express brightens the holiday season

The Snowball Express is a five-day trip hosted annually by the Foundation for Gold Star children and family members, sending around 1,750 people each year. Gold Star families are those whose loved ones have given their lives while serving in the U.S. Military. This year, the company will celebrate the service of a particular pilot and first responder: American Airlines Captain and DCA Chief Pilot Keith Firmin. He joined LiveNOW from FOX to discuss.
