Injured manatee rescued from FL canal

This week, the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission received a report of an entrapped manatee in a residential canal of Big Slough. FWC and ZooTampa staff rescued the small female and transported her to SeaWorld to treat her lesions and cold stress symptoms.
