Near-blizzard winter storm sweeps across Northeast

Blizzard Warnings have been issued in parts of the mid-Atlantic as a new powerful winter storm gets set to blast millions of people from the Great Lakes to the Northeast with more snow and wind days after a lake-effect snowstorm. The storm could even bring some snow to the heavily traveled Interstate 95 corridor. David Roth, Senior Branch Forecaster with NOAA's Weather Prediction Center, joined LiveNOW from FOX to discuss.
