No longer illegal to cheat on spouse in New York

New Yorkers no longer face months in prison for cheating on their spouse after Gov. Kathy Hochul signed a bill to repeal a law that's been on the books for more than a century. Assemblymember Charles Lavine authored the bill to repeal the law. He joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss the motivation behind it.
