Russia open to hearing Trump's proposal to end war

Russia is open to hearing President-elect Donald Trump's proposals on ending the war, according to the Associated Press. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said Moscow and D.C. were “exchanging signals” on Ukraine though close channels.
