Texas Senate: Ted Cruz speaks to supporters

Fox News Decision Desk projected incumbent Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz will defeat his Democratic opponent Representative Colin Allred. Cruz also won his last re-election effort back in 2018, beating Democratic challenger Beto O'Rourke in Texas.
