What is considered voter intimidation?

Law enforcement in Florida have made at least two arrests for voter intimidation. One was a teenager arrested on Tuesday after investigators said he approached multiple Duval County voters in a threatening manner with a machete. The other, Nicholas Farley of West Palm Beach who is accused of making antisemitic remarks at voters.
