10+ tourists trapped in Colorado mine

At least 10 people are trapped more than 1,000 feet underground inside a tourism mine in Colorado. The equipment malfunction that caused the incident happened at the Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine, according to a Facebook post from the Teller County Sheriff’s Office. Rescue efforts are underway, according to local officials. The mine is located in Teller County, east of Colorado Springs, near the town of Cripple Creek.
