Tracking Milton: Flash flood emergency issued for Tampa area

Hurricane Milton slammed the Tampa-St. Petersburg area with over 100 mph wind gusts and torrential rain Wednesday night after making landfall. Milton knocked out power to more than a million homes in the metro area. A Flash Flood Emergency covers 2 million people in the metro area.
