Hurricane Milton makes landfall as Category 3 storm

Florida emergency officials expect Hurricane Milton to cause "catastrophic" damage, and multiple areas are under mandatory evacuation. Fox Multimedia Reporter Chelsea Torres is in Lakeland, Florida, which is 40 minutes east of Tampa. Lakeland is not under mandatory evacuation, but residents in areas prone to flooding were asked to go someplace else for the night. She spoke with host Andrew Craft as Milton moves through Florida.
