Tampa mayor gives update on high-water rescues

In Tampa, multiple rescues were conducted throughout the night as individuals found themselves in dangerous situations. Water intrusion into homes has required a coordinated response from Tampa Police and Tampa Fire Rescue. Mayor Jane Castor and other Tampa officials gave an update to the community.
