Apalachee High shooter due in court, father arrested

The father of a 14-year-old boy accused of fatally shooting four people at a Georgia high school was arrested Thursday and faces charges including second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter for letting his son possess a weapon, authorities said. A hearing has been scheduled for the 14-year-old accused of killing 4 people and injuring 9 others during a mass shooting on Wednesday at Apalachee High School just outside Winder in Barrow County.
