Putin evades arrest warrant

Russian President Vladimir Putin seems to not be concerned about an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court. The arrest warrant accuses Putin of illegally deporting hundreds of children from Ukraine. The Kremlin has spoken against the accusation calling it 'politically motivated.'
