Strikes kill dozens in Gaza before cease-fire talks

New reports show at least three dozen Palestinians in southern Gaza were killed on Saturday in Israeli airstrikes. Cease-fire delegations, including one from Hamas, are gathering in Egypt to continue discussions for a cease-fire. Egyptian and Qatari negotiators are expected to meet with Hamas officials on Saturday evening, with larger talks happening on Sunday. Hamas is not expected to take part directly on Sunday, but instead will be briefed by Egypt and Qatar, The Israeli military did comment, saying it was reviewing the reports of deaths on Saturday.
