South Korea makes rare outreach to unify with North

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol offered a vision of Korean unification earlier this month, as he gave a speech on Liberation Day. The August 15th holiday marks the end of Japanese colonial rule over the Korean Peninsula. His vision had clear rejection of North Korea as a separate government, with an idea of unification through integration. Retired Marine Intelligence Officer, Hal Kempfer, joins LiveNOW from FOX.
